I truly had an excellent experience with Frontier Collision from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous and very transparent throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed, answered my questions clearly and made everything feel stress-free. What stood out to me the most was the quality of the work. My vehicle looks amazing and you can tell the repairs were done with care and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a shop that combines efficiency with genuine customer service but your team did exactly that. All thanks to the team! I am very grateful.

I was in A accident and they were nice enough to fix my car and be very understanding in many ways. The owner was very pleasant over the phone and in person which you don’t find a lot these days as well as his staff. An African-American man there also told me something else I needed to fix my car which I probably would never have known. All of the staff is very well educated and a decent human being. Hopefully, I’m not in an accident again, but Recommend this place 1000 times over.

I have known Bobby, the owner of Frontier Collision, for over 20 years, and he has always been an exceptionally above-board person. His commitment extends far beyond the shop; I’ve seen him support the local community first-hand, including donations for turkeys and offering help with anything needed to serve the community. I have personally rented cars and utilized other services, always treated fairly and professionally. Because I know the owner and his character, I have absolute confidence in recommending Frontier Collision for your car repairs. If you are looking for a trustworthy, honest shop run by someone who truly cares, this is the place to go. I highly recommend this shop for your car repairs.

I was recommended to Frontier through my insurance after getting into an accident. Everyone was friendly including Andy the adjuster who was really great and understanding. Picked up my car after three weeks and I was unsatisfied with the work due to wheel alignment issues, body panel gaps and swirl marks. Ended up bringing the car back and picked it up 5 days later and gave me rental in the meantime. Aside from the initial issues Frontier made my car looks just as amazing before the accident and I am satisfied with their service and work and recommend them to fix your car.

This is the second repair I had to have this month. I had minor rear damage as victim of a hit and run while parked that Frontier fixed. Looked like new! Fast forward two weeks and I was hit in an intersection. Right back to Frontier. This time my front end was totally smashed. I was doubtful it could be fixed because my car suffered pretty bad damage. Frontier delivered my car repaired and looking good as new. And even cleaner and shiner than I bought it in 😁. Customer service was top notch. The ladies are friendly and helpful.
